I am a Guitarist based in the South East of England originally from a beautiful village in North Wales and I’ve been playing guitar for over 20 years.

A former BIMM student, I have been teaching for over 15 years and I’ve played for many different bands and artists as a session musician spanning a vast array of genres. From Soul to Country, I’ve spread myself out over the years! I’ve toured extensively across Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Japan and I’ve played at highly regarded venues and festivals around the world. Main credits include Rag ‘N’ Bone Man who I’ve been involved with since 2015, and Tom Walker.

GUITAR LESSONS

I create a friendly, welcoming, relaxed environment which will allow us to work together and learn music, catering to your specific needs and what you want to learn. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s been playing for years and you’re looking to improve a certain aspect of your playing or looking for some new inspiration, I can guide you and help you get there.

My lessons not only focus on techniques and important aspects of guitar playing that are essential, but also other musical skills required to be a good, solid musician which I have learnt and continue to learn along the way. Skills such as knowing what to play in a song, what equipment and sounds to use, advice on playing in bands and advice on studio playing and touring. My lessons are conducted online using Google Hangout so I can teach anyone anywhere in the world at your convenience. Notation, tab sheets, music etc will be e-mailed to you before or after our lesson making it easily accessible for you at any time. I normally do lessons on a weekly or fortnightly basis but I can work around your availability.
